Medicaid: Ohio Department of Medicaid delivers health care coverage to more than 3 million residents of Ohio on a daily basis. 
CMH: The Children with Medical Handicaps Program (BCMH) is a health care program in the Ohio Department of Health (ODH). BCMH links families of children with special health care needs to a network of quality providers and helps families obtain payment for the services their children need.

Health Care: Need health insurance? You can enroll in or change plans if you have certain life changes, or qualify for Medicaid or CHIP.
The Catalyst Center: Provides technical assistance to states and stakeholders to improve health insurance and financing of care for children and youth with special health care needs.

Charting the LifeCourse: This framework was created BY FAMILIES to help individuals and families of all abilities and all ages develop a vision for a good life, think about what they need to know and do, identify how to find or develop supports, and discover what it takes to live the lives they want to live. Individuals and families may focus on their current situation and stage of life but may also find it helpful to look ahead to think about life experiences that will help move them toward an inclusive, productive life in the future.
OCECD: The Ohio Coalition for the Education of Children with Disabilities is a statewide non-profit organization that serves families of infants, toddlers, children and youth with disabilities in Ohio, educators and agencies who provide services to them.
